We specialize in treating chronic pain through the use of pain medication. You must be at least 21 years old with photo identification and have an MRI, CT scan or medical records to be seen by the doctor. For the first visit, you will need to call us at 954-232-3656 or 954-983-1119 to schedule an appointment. The first visit is $140 and follow-up visits (scheduled every 4 weeks) are $140.
